Project Details
The truly historic site on which the National Newspaper Association was founded in 1885, the building’s foundation skirts the Jordan River, a mysterious underground waterway that spills into the Mississippi just across town. As always, working with the Jordan River is a challenge, demanding special de-watering systems during construction. The project included brand new period historic windows, a new elevator cut through solid concrete and complete cosmetic renovation inside and out to create a beautiful new office complex.
