Red Wing Construction provided quality-of-life improvements and remodels for Northfield Retirement Community. This project included both interior & exterior renovations, new doors and frames which we installed based on the client’s specifications and needs. This renovation expanded overall interior usable space, structural reinforcement and improved the living & working environment for all the Northfield Retirement Community.
Our team assisted in the (value engineer) design and build of this custom sliding – outdoor interactive communication area/window. It was created as a safe way for memory care residents to interact with visitors. This involved removing part of a small embankment, rebuilding the wall, pouring connecting sidewalk, re-building the fence & installing a gate. This creative solution lets residents socialize with visitors while maintaining the safest levels of social distancing.
