Working with Buchanan’s owners Kevin and Ann Florine, we helped them expand their grocery store to accommodate their recent growth and facilitate customer traffic flow through the store.
Because Buchanan Grocery is famous for their meat counter and other specialty deli items, Red Wing Construction remodeled the meat counter area where new coolers were installed. An addition was built for an office space and an ADA bathroom facility. New, larger windows were added allowing for more natural light inside the store. Mechanical and electrical upgrades were also included in the project. Now Buchanan Grocery is set to serve their customers for another 50 years.
